Your PBS Comes First.
Your Performance Blogging System (PBS) is the foundation that brought you here.
Your PBS has its own training and mentoring process, so we’re not going to repeat all of that information on this page.

Once you have your PBS, you are also introduced to two separate opportunities that add additional possibilities to what you can do: Evolve Real Estate and Fun Saver Network.
Let’s take a look at each one.
Step 1: Explore Evolve Real Estate.
Evolve Real Estate is a separate program with its own Real Estate Education and Resource Center.
You will receive information explaining how to access your Evolve account. Once you’re inside, take some time to look around before worrying about how everything fits together.
The Real Estate Education and Resource Center contains courses that will introduce you to the program and help you understand the opportunities available through it. One of the opportunities is working with Multifamily housing. Multifamily real estate is a specialized area of the housing market. If you’d like to learn more about multifamily housing and some of the programs and resources connected with it, you can visit the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development HERE.

Step 2: Explore Fun Saver Network.
Fun Saver Network is another separate program available to you, and this one is very different from Evolve Real Estate.
Fun Saver Network combines shopping and savings with an opportunity to participate in the marketing side of the program. That means it isn’t simply a collection of ordinary coupons from big-box stores. There is more to explore and understand.
Before we talk, spend a little time looking around so you’ll have an idea of what Fun Saver Network offers and how it works.

After you’ve looked through Evolve Real Estate and Fun Saver Network, there’s one more important step.
